Very happy that I could give my flat to someone who works so hard but is on a low income. My rental amount that I am achieving after the government top up is actually slightly more than I would have got privately, plus I have no agency fees to pay and the tenancy is long term so no hassle of finding another tenant for a longer period of time, happy bunny!
